Born In The Parish Of St. Ann, Jamaica
Welcome to the signature voice of Itimo! Born in the Parish of St. Ann, Jamaica, such as the legendary Robert Nesta Marley aka Bob Marley, Burning Spear and Justin Hinds, he is the son of well known Nyabinghi chanter and raw food specialist Prof. I Reynolds. Itimo’s music journey began at the tender age of six years old when his Godmother and former record executive member of Chris Blackwell’s Island Records, Denise Mills, took him to the studio to see Mykal (Grammy) Rose recording the first reggae song to win a Grammy award, Solidarity. He then went on to win first place in the Suzie Q talent search. His driving passion for music has grown so massively and internationally that Itimo performed with some of the best Jamaican artists such as Ken Boothe, Yami Bolo, Gyptian, Tanya Stephens and dancehall kingpin Bounty Killer as well as Trinidad and Tobago soca queen Allison Hinds, to name a few. His international performances have taken place in Cape Coral festival in Florida, Guyana, Fifty Heritage Festival in Brooklyn NY, Caribbean Food Expo @ Roy Wilkins Park, Queens NY, The Resorts Casino in Queens New York, Bass by Famous Wild Hare in Chicago and recently at the Irie Jam Bob Marley show at S.O.B.’s Nightclub in NYC. To add to his repertoire, he recorded such hits as Having Dreams, Bad Fire, Drum and the Bass, Loving King Selassie I, Love Zone, Breathe On Me and his smash hit song that is blazing up the air waves in London England, Anticipate! Itimo is truly an inspiration to any upcoming reggae artists, very humble and fun loving with an awesome personality. He is truly a star in the making with a voice and talent to reckon with. Look out for his upcoming EP under the same name, Anticipate.
